Expert: Avoid white food! But these 2 healthy white foods are exceptions

{99 ●Difficulty: SimpleWhite cauliflower is one of the two important exceptions to the white food rules. That's right, I chose colored products to benefit from the added antioxidant ability of plant pigments and avoid taking fine grains like white bread and white rice. However, although white cauliflower is white, it is one of the healthiest vegetables, just like its recent experience in other cruciferous families. (And what is another unusual healthy white food? The answer is white mushrooms.)
Ingredients:
Vegetable soup ⋅4 cupsred aphrodisiac (minced) ⋅1 clove
tender ginger (milled) ⋅1/2 tbsp
curry powder ⋅1/2 tbsp
coconut sugar ⋅2 tbsp
spicy complex ingredients ⋅1 tbsp
white cauliflower (remove the unnecessary parts and cut the pieces) ⋅1
lemon (peeled and crushed) ⋅2 tbsp
plum tomato (cut into fine debris, as a decoration) ⋅1
Method:
1. Pour 1 cup of vegetable soup into the pot, heat it over medium-high heat, add red crumbs and cook for about 5 minutes until soft.
2. Add minced garlic, ginger paste, curry powder, coconut sugar and spicy mixed ingredients and mix, add white cauliflower pieces and 3 cups of vegetable soup left to cook and turn low heat, add the crust and cook for about 30 minutes until the white cauliflower becomes soft.
3. Pour the soup into a food conditioner or juice machine and mix it into a paste (or use a mixing rod to beat it directly in the crock), add lemon and mix it. If necessary, add the flavoring ingredients according to the taste.
4. After the method 3 is completed, you can scoop the appropriate amount into a bowl, and then add tomatoes and enjoy it while it is hot.
