Women's Football European Cup final, England defeated Spain 3-1 with a penalty kick, and England goalkeeper Hannah Hampton saved the penalty kicks of Mariona and Bonmarty, helping the team defend their title successfully and was elected as the final MVP. Hampton, who was 24 years old and played for Chelsea, was born with strabismus. By the age of 3, Hampton had undergone three correction surgeries. None of these surgeries were completely successful, but as she grew up, the condition seemed to have little effect on her. She is quick-witted and is naturally good at controlling the ball with her feet, and playing the ball is easy for her.

At the age of 12, Hampton was trained in goalkeeper at Stoke City. Surprisingly, the doctor checked that she had a defect in depth perception, which meant she could not tell the distance between herself and an object.

The doctor once told her that it was impossible that she was not suitable for professional sports. In daily life, Hampton sometimes feels uncomfortable seeing photos of her own eyes taken from certain angles, and she must be careful when pouring a drink, "When I pour a glass of water, if I don't hold the cup, the water will spill out."

But in 2021, Hampton publicly stated, "I shouldn't have played football and was not allowed to do certain jobs. Engaging in sports has always been my passion and my dream. I have always told the younger generation that if you can't follow your dreams, what do you want to do in your life? You have to follow your dreams."
