York: Amorim can try to replace Sheshko with Obi. Manchester United has a tradition of trusting young people

Manchester United has been in excellent form recently, but main center Sheshko suffered a knee injury. Red Devils star Yorke said that in this case, Manchester United cannot blindly sign up, and Amorim should boldly believe in young people.
York said: "If you just bring in a player to temporarily fill a vacancy, we have seen in the past that this approach does not work. A big club like Manchester United needs to introduce players who can really improve the team's strength. If they want to sign new players, they should find the kind of players who can play an important role in the team like Liverpool did. So on the other hand, the existence of the youth academy is particularly important.
"Why not let Obi Martin play? I know Manchester United has a huge first-team squad, but these young players must be given opportunities at crucial moments. When I was at Manchester United, young players could train with us and then they would get game time so the young people could adapt faster and that's something I think should be considered.
"While Sheshko is absent, I hope to see Obi Martin get a chance. If players are good enough to gain a foothold at Manchester United, they should be given a chance. History has proven that this is a club willing to trust young players. If it just introduces a mediocre player, Manchester United may be in trouble again, which is not the right direction."
In the 12th round of the Premier League this weekend, Manchester United will face Everton at home.
