According to famous reporter Jacobs, Liverpool set a Premier League record to introduce Newcastle striker Isaac's transfer, and no agreement has been reached.

He wrote: "As of Saturday morning, Liverpool sources insisted that no agreement has been reached on Isaac. If the deal is reached, the price is expected to be less than £130 million, or no transaction at all. Isaac remains optimistic about transfer to Anfield before the summer window is closed."
