Sky Sports revealed that Fosun Group has no intention of selling Wolves despite reports that American businessman Texter has made an offer of 400 million pounds.

Wolves are currently at the bottom of the Premier League. Although Fosun Group is seeking investment, they have no intention of selling the club entirely. Textor was involved in many legal disputes due to his Eagle Football Group. Crystal Palace violated UEFA's multi-club ownership regulations and was deprived of the qualification to participate in the Europa League and could only participate in the European Cup. In July this year, Textor sold 43% of Crystal Palace's shares to American businessman Woody Johnson for 190 million pounds.

In June this year, Lyon was relegated from Ligue 1 for violating financial rules. Textor immediately resigned from the club's operating position. The following month, the club successfully appealed under the leadership of the new management and was able to retain its seat in Ligue 1. Textor is currently locked in a legal dispute with Soaring Eagle Football Group's minority shareholders and creditors - Ares Management and Iconic Sports Eagle Investments.

Texter’s most successful investment through Flying Eagle Football Group is undoubtedly the Brazilian Botafogo club. The team won the South American Libertadores Cup last November. However, last week the Rio de Janeiro court rejected Textor’s application to reorganize the Botafogo board of directors.

The Wolves did not comment on the acquisition, and the reporter has contacted Texter for a response.
