According to Desky reporter Florian Plettenberg, Newcastle is negotiating with the team in Sesco, with Leipzig asking for a price of 80 million to 100 million euros.

Florian Plettenberg wrote on social media: "Newcastle and Cesco team are in specific negotiations, and Leipzig has been informed of the matter. However, no oral agreement has been reached yet, and both parties are working hard on this."

"Newcastle has been paying attention to Cesco since 2022, and so far, Leipzig has not received any offer for Cesco. Leipzig asks for 80 million to 100 million euros."
