Carol plays in England s sixth-level league, Durgenham suffers a 2-5 home defeat
According to the Sun, Andy Carroll completed his official debut in England's sixth-level team Durgenham, and the team eventually lost 2-5 to Wojing.
Carol joined Durgenham in July this year after leaving the French team Bordeaux. Due to a hamstring injury, 36-year-old Carol has not previously played in the official game for his new owner. Carroll was able to get healthy in the National League South Group against Worthing. In the 8th round of the
League, Vojing played against Dagenham away. Carroll was on standby this time, and the team was behind 1-2 before the end of the half. In the end, Carol failed to lead the team to a reversal. Vogyin completely controlled the situation at the end of the game and defeated Dargenham 5-2.
coach Lee Bradbury stressed that Carol will play an important role in the team's future journey. He said: "Carol's experience and the role of a forward fulcrum will become an important combat force for the team. He is a strong point that is difficult to deal with. He has proved himself in the top league and will definitely make the team stronger."
Carol has played for West Ham, Liverpool and Newcastle in the Premier League. Carroll played nine times for England and scored two goals, including a header against Sweden in the 2012 European Cup.
Carol had previously played in the preseason, when Dargenham lost 1-5 to Crowley.
