Cesco's agent Barcelona Novi was interviewed a few days ago and talked about his decision to give up part of the commission.

Barzanovi said: "Manchester United have reached their budget limit, but RB Leipzig wants more, there is still some gap between the two, so I gave up part of the commission because the players are always in the first place."
