Sky Sports reported that Wolfsburg intends to introduce Premier League stars Phil Kruger and Ayer in the winter window.

The German club is interested in West Ham forward Phil Kruger and Brentford centre-back Ajer. Wolfsburg made an offer of £13 million to Brentford for Ajer at the end of the summer window, but it was rejected.

This season, the Norway international has made nine appearances under the coaching of Keith Andrews. Ayer has two and a half years left on his current contract, with an option to extend until the summer of 2029.

Earlier this month, Sky Sports News reported that the possibility of Phil Kruger leaving the team in January is gradually increasing. He has been sidelined since early October with a muscle problem and has yet to feature under new boss Nuno.
