According to Liverpool reporter Ian Doyle, Liverpool will not provide a second offer for Isaac.

The reporter wrote: "Considering Newcastle's quick and firm response to the first offer and very clear, Liverpool will not provide a second offer for Isaac at present. The Reds had previously quoted £110 million."

"But it is August 1, and there is still a whole month before the transfer deadline, and there is plenty of time to change the situation.
