Martin Ruither will join the Dutch women's football coaching staff as an assistant coach. The coach with rich player and coaching experience has played in more than 200 games in the Dutch Eredivisie in his career as a coach. He has played for Ajax, Witts, William II, Valvek and NAC Breda in more than 200 games, and has played for Ipswich in the Premier League for a long time. When he was a player, he won the league championship with Ajax for four times, and was also a member of the 1995 Champions League champion, and had a record of playing in the Dutch national team. After retiring, Ruither coached in the Ajax youth training system. He also worked for the Dutch Football Association earlier, and served as coach of several youth teams and a member of the Dutch team scouting team in the 2022 Men's Football World Cup.

He has served as physical coaches in Valvek and Suriname and Aruba men's football national teams.
