It is reported that a woman in her sixties adopted more than 200 stray dogs alone and prepared food for them every day to persist for 21 years. Although Aunt Qian lives a difficult life, she never wanted to abandon these stray cats and dogs and take care of them as always.

Counting this year, Aunt Qian Fengying is already sixty years old.

Confucius said that at the age of sixty, he would be fearless and scolding, and he could hear unpleasant words. Aunt Qian is the same, but she is always extremely persistent in one thing. It's been hot for days, Aunt Qian goes out at noon every day and returns in the middle of the night. My little daughter couldn't stand it and said she would not go out in such hot days.

Aunt Qian said: "How can that be? If I don't look at this kind of weather, the cats and dogs may just explain it!"

Most of these cats and dogs are disabled and abandoned by their owners. Aunt Qian has insisted on adopting stray cats and dogs for 21 years. At present, she has adopted more than 150 stray dogs and more than 50 stray cats.

Aunt Qian, who is native to Xinqiao, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, is not an animal protectionist. In her own words, "I don't even know a few words, so how can I understand those things!"

However, this ordinary peasant woman has adopted abandoned stray cats and dogs in 21 years, almost with her own strength.

What made her persist was nothing more than a heart - the left half is compassion, and the right half is called responsibility.

11 years have rented a warehouse and built a pet home of more than 300 square meters

Aunt Qian has a "dog warehouse", which is about 20 minutes' drive from her house. The location is a bit off, close to the railway bridge, and rarely visited.

The warehouse here has been renting for 11 years. Whenever I mention it, Aunt Qian is still grateful. At that time, more and more cats and dogs were adopted, and the neighbors could not bear it. Aunt Qian had found four resettlement sites, the farthest at Puyang, more than 10 miles away.

Later, a kind-hearted person helped him find this place. The boss is enthusiastic and the rent is 7,000 yuan a year, and the price has not increased in 11 years. Aunt Qian bought the materials herself, hired craftsmen, and transformed the warehouse into a pet home of more than 300 square meters and more than 30 small rooms.

It was hot a few days ago, and Aunt Qian purchased two new large electric fans to cool down the cats and dogs. "Many of them are in poor health and can't stand it when the heat is hot. Now there are about 18 electric fans, and the wind can almost blow them." She is not idle either because it has rained these days. "It's okay for dogs who have lived for a long time. If they are afraid of the new rain and thunder, they have to be comforted."

Name each cat and dog. Familiar with their different personalities

Aunt Qian, who is illiterate, has given each cat and dog a name, and is also familiar with their different personalities.

Yesterday at 12:30 noon, the dogs started to make a fuss as soon as Aunt Qian’s electric tricycle sounded. Aunt Qian also greeted them from afar: "Maomao, go in, don't press the black melon... No, don't jump..." Aunt Qian smiled and said that these names were taken at will, even place names like Jiangxi and Henan.

It is hard to imagine that Aunt Qian, who can distinguish common diseases of cats and dogs, has never been exposed to cats and dogs before she was 38 years old. That year, a little girl moved next to Aunt Qian. The little girl was busy at work and had no time to take care of her pet dog, so she asked Aunt Qian to "look at it". Sometimes the dog is hungry, and she feels guilty and pitiful, so she takes the boss's mind to take care of her.

Later, the little girl moved away and the pet dog left to Aunt Qian. "Some are limping, some are rotten, and they feel really uncomfortable when they look at it." Since then, Aunt Qian encountered an abandoned cat and dog and simply adopted it. On several occasions, the dog owner even threw the dog into the river, but Aunt Qian went to catch it.

The vast majority of these stray cats and dogs are sick or disabled. "Some of them were just born and thrown away. I picked them up and kept them for some time and could be given to enthusiastic families. But the dogs here... You see, the Tibetan mastiff is blind, the legs of the Beijing barb were broken by a car, and the golden retriever is loved by many people, but it has epilepsy and sometimes it will have attacks..."

Use 60 kilograms of rice every day. I often ask my daughter to borrow money

When I first adopted a stray dog, Aunt Qian's husband was still alive, and the couple ran a teahouse and the family was also from a good family. However, 10 years ago, her husband died of cancer and was also transferred because of a treatment teahouse. Aunt Qian, who lost her income, did not give up these cats and dogs.

Early in the morning, Aunt Qian gave food to more than 200 cats and dogs as usual, and 60 kilograms of rice were used every day. "I can't stand what I use for dog food, so I can only eat whatever I eat." In addition to delivering food to cats and dogs, Aunt Qian also has to clean more than 30 "single rooms" and wash hundreds of mattresses and quilts in winter. I am busy every day until 12 o'clock in the evening, and I spend the New Year with cats and dogs.

So many cats and dogs, they spend a lot of money in a year. Aunt Qian’s daughter said that excluding the rent, it would cost about 100,000 yuan. This is not the cost of ligation and treatment for cats and dogs. Aunt Qian asked her daughter about 5,000 yuan a few days ago, and her daughter was so angry that she said she never paid back every time she said she would borrow it. "My daughter also feels sorry for me, and she says it and supports it in her heart. However, the eldest daughter has been ill and the younger daughter has divorced again, and life is not easy." Aunt Qian said that if someone can help deliver some rice, it would be really thankful. But donate money or something, "The money is in my hands, and others don't know where I spend it. It's not good or bad."

In Aunt Qian's opinion, her health is OK. Taking care of cats and dogs, "As long as I'm still here, I will definitely be responsible for it."

Nowadays, there are many people who keep pets, so there are more and more abandoned pets. Most of the abandoned pets are physically disabled, or sick cats and dogs. Although Aunt Qian is illiterate, she has never abandoned these stray cats and dogs for 21 years. It deserves our respect. At the same time, we should also reflect on our behavior.
